Thomas Griffin has been involved in the martial arts and fitness industry for over 40 years. He started training in martial arts as a child, he and his friend started together at the age of 7. After one week of training it became apparent to the head instructor that he had a gift for this and moved him to the adult class where he quickly had to learn to handle himself against much older and larger opponents.
